We are looking for a person with excellent customer relation skills and the ability to work, stay focused and on task without supervision. The ideal person will have a background and experience in small device repair and micro soldering as they will be responsible for repair of cell phones, tablets, laptops, game consoles and other small devices. This person must have the ability to multitask between projects and customer support both on the phone as well as in store. This person must be clean, neat and organized and also possess the ability to learn in a fast pace environment and retain the knowledge they have learned. A background in cell phone repair both Apple and Android is a STRONG plus as well as having computer repair or/and retail sales experience.
